Facilities

• Is Internet available?
  Yes, free high-speed WI-FI access is available throughout the property.
• Do you have a free parking?
  Unfortunately, we don’t have parking spaces. But on the bright side it’s possible to park a vehicle nearby at any public parking space which will require a fee during weekday but is free at night and on the weekend. Additionally, we have bicycles parking at the Hotel.
• Do you have a luggage room?
  Yes, we have. For your convenience you can use the luggage room for temporary storage of your luggage before check-in and till midnight after your check-out time. Longer storage is possible for a fee, kindly contact the reception team for details.
• Do you have a washing / drying machine and the ironing equipment?
  Yes, we have all of these. The machines work with tokens that you can buy at the reception. We provide ironing equipment for free.

Living

• Can I invite friends?
  You are welcome to invite anyone to hang out in our common areas anytime from 6am to 11pm. Note that only guests who stay with us are allowed in rooms and dormitories, and could use сoworking area free of charge.
• Do you have a Fitness center? What kind of work-out machines do you have?
  Very soon we will! Stay tuned ;)
• Do you have a hairdryer in the hostel?
  In NETIZEN Hybrid Hotel we want you to always have a good-hair day so every common shower room is equipped with a hairdryer as well as bathrooms in private rooms
• Do you provide the towels? How often do you change the bed linen?
  In NETIZEN Budapest Centre the towel and the bed linen are included in the room/bed rate. We change the bed linen every 5 days in Dormitories and once every 3 days in Private Rooms. An unscheduled change of linen/towel can be arranged for an extra payment.
• What is your child policy?
  In NETIZEN hybrid hotel there are no age restrictions for children accompanied by parents or custodial parents checking in hotel rooms. In the dormitories children under 18 years old are not allowed without adults unless it is a group that booked whole dormitory room. If you want to check in with a child then you will also need to have a birth certificate as well as documents that certify the legal status of an accompanying person.
• Are pets allowed in the rooms/dormitories?
  Unfortunately, pets are not allowed at our property.

Check-in & Check-out

• What time is check-in and check-out?
  In NETIZEN hybrid hotel you can check-in after 2pm on the day you arrive. Check-out is before 11 am. For earlier check-in / late check- out please ask our Front Desk Team who are available for your inquiries 24/7. Please, note that these services are available for an extra fee.
• What documents do I have to present upon check-in?
  Any official document (with picture on it) that is a proof of identity (ID card, driving license, passport). If you want to check in with a child then you will also need to have a birth certificate as well as documents that certify the legal status of an accompanying person.

Food

• What are opening hours of your bar? What does it offer?
  NETIZEN Budapest Centre has a Lobby-Bar, open daily from 7:00 to 15:00 (from 7:00 to 23:00 Thursday, Friday and Saturday). We offer hot drinks, alcoholic/non-alcoholic drinks, cocktails and snacks at reasonable prices. Alcoholic drinks are allowed for guests older than 18 years old. As a proof your ID can be requested at any time.
• Do you have a cafe?
  Various snacks, freshly brewed coffee are available at the Lobby-bar, open daily from 7:00 to 15:00 (from 7:00 to 23:00 Thursday, Friday and Saturday). Our ID Café with all day breakfasts, desserts and hot drinks is open daily from 6:30 to 17:00 (8:00 to 15:00 Weekend). Our Lobby Restobar is going to be open from June, 22! Plus, you can always use our Guest Kitchen with fridge, multicooker, microwave, toaster and water cooler.
• Is breakfast included in room/bed rates? What does the breakfast consist of?
  We provide breakfast-set in NETIZEN Budapest Centre. It consists of cold cuts, scrambled eggs/oatmeal, yogurt with granola/fruit salad, apple juice/orange juice, tea selection, black coffee, milk. On weekdays from 07:00 to 11:00. Breakfast is not included in the room rate and should be paid separately.
• Is there a place I can cook for myself?
  For your convenience we equipped Guest Kitchen with fridges, microwaves, a multicooker, a toaster, sink and a water cooler. There is no cooking stove in the kitchen but you are always welcome to use microwave and multicooker.
